Welcome to visit. Please contact the UNIJIA team via email or WeChat in advance to make an appointment to visit.
If you fill out and successfully submit the "Reservation Application Form" online, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours, and you will receive the order information and important documents to be confirmed in the next step.
For inquiries from other channels, we will try to respond to all applications within 1 working day. Depending on availability, sometimes it may take longer. Don't worry if you don't get a response right away, we know you're there and will do everything we can to get back to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive a reply, you can call our contact number +86 15021336008, our staff will be patient to answer your inquiry.
The deposit covers any potential damages you may cause to the room; normal wear and tear are excluded. Provided there are no damages, no outstanding rent, and the room is kept clean, this deposit will be refunded when you leave. We will refund the deposit either by bank transfer within China or in cash. The specific notice for the deposit refund will be communicated by UNIJIA staff approximately one month before the end of the semester.
UNIJIA's contract complies with the Residential Rental Law of the People's Republic of China, therefore the contract you signed is the International Youth Community Accommodation Contract.
UNIJIA rooms can accommodate up to 2 people at a time. If you have booked a single room, you may invite a friend or family member to stay overnight. If you have booked a double room, you cannot invite friends or family to stay overnight, even if your roommate is not present. If you have visitors who need to stay overnight, please inform us and the community manager in advance, as we need to handle accommodation registration for overnight foreign visitors.
Yes, when you arrive and check in, UNIJIA staff will take and keep photos of your passport's first page/ID, visa page, and a photo holding your passport.
