Summer Check-in Instructions:

1. The rent per unit already includes: basic rent, internet fee, and service charge.

*Energy fees (electricity: 0.65 yuan per kWh, water: 4.5 yuan per ton) are collected by the property management and charged based on actual usage (internet fee is included).

2. UNIJIA summer rental period: July 5, 2025 - August 29, 2025. The earliest check-in date is July 5, 2025.

Booking starts from February 25, 2025.

*Note: This package requires a minimum reservation of 4 weeks, and the lease can be extended on a weekly basis thereafter. If the tenant's check-in date is later than the start date of the custom package, the full cycle rent is still required.

The package you purchase is based on a weekly stay period, and no refund of the remaining rent will be given for delayed check-in or early check-out.

3. On the day of check-in, a deposit of 2000 yuan (in cash) and a prepayment of 1000 yuan for utilities (water and electricity) are required.

* Multiple payment methods are supported: bank transfer, electronic remittance, and cash payment in RMB.

4. In the event of significant fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate, UNIJIA has the right to settle in RMB and make up for the difference in housing rent or service fees.

Autumn Check-in Instructions:

1. Utility Fees (Electricity: 0.65 RMB per kWh, Water: 4.5 RMB per ton) are collected by the property management and charged based on actual usage (Internet fees are included).

2. UNIJIA Fall Lease Period: August 25, 2025 - January 24, 2026. The earliest check-in date is August 25, 2025. Reservation starts on April 22, 2025. Note: Tenants who check in after the start date of the package are required to pay the full rent. The package you purchase is for a semester or an academic year. The rent will not be refunded for delayed check-in or early checkout.

3. On the check-in day, a deposit (in RMB cash) is required. The deposit includes one month's rent and a prepayment of 2,000 RMB (in RMB cash) for water and electricity fees. * Multiple payment methods are supported: bank transfer, electronic remittance, and RMB cash payment.

4. If there is significant fluctuation in the US dollar exchange rate, UNIJIA reserves the right to settle in RMB and adjust the rent or service fee accordingly to cover any difference.
