Summer Check-in Instructions:

1.Utility & Energy Fees
Energy fees (Electricity: 0.64 CNY/kWh; Water: 4.32 CNY/ton) are charged based on actual consumption and collected by the property management. Internet is included in the Apartment Usage Service Fee. Please note that the Service Fee does not cover electricity, water, or bedding fees.

2.Occupancy & Reservation Period
Summer Session: 2026.07.06 – 2026.08.31 (Booking opens: 2026.03.20)
Note: The Apartment Usage Service Fee is calculated based on the full occupancy term. No refunds or pro-rated discounts will be provided for delayed check-ins or early departures.

3. On-site Payments (Upon Arrival)
Upon check-in, a Room Occupancy Deposit (2000 CNY) and a Utility Prepayment (1000 CNY)are required.
Accepted Methods: These payments are accepted via CNY Cash, Alipay, or WeChat Pay only. Please note that international bank wires are not accepted for on-site fees.

4. Exchange Rate Policy
All fees are denominated in CNY. In the event of significant fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, UNIJIA reserves the right to require settlement in CNY or adjust the service fees accordingly to cover the difference.

5.Supplementary Documents
Due to differences in room types and specific community requirements, guests may be required to provide relevant supporting documents during the application or check-in process.
