Chinese martial arts, also known as Wushu or Kung Fu, is an integral part of traditional Chinese culture. Chinese martial arts is not merely a method of physical training but also a cultural vehicle, embodying profound philosophies and life wisdom. In every movement, stance, punch, and routine, the wisdom and spirit of the Chinese nation are vividly reflected.
2025年3月，UNIJIA组织了一场别开生面的中国功夫体验活动。
In March 2025, UNIJIA organized a unique Chinese Kung Fu experience event.
我们来到位于浦东的鸿祖武馆，在专业老师和教练的带领下，体验了太极，八段锦等传统中国功夫，并观看了教练展示的拳法和棍术。
We visited the Hongzu Martial Arts School located in Pudong, where, under the guidance of professional instructors and coaches, we experienced traditional Chinese martial arts such as Tai Chi and Baduanjin. We also watched demonstrations of various fist techniques and staff fighting by the coaches.
学习结束后，同学们还在彼此交流心得体会。大家纷纷表示通过这次活动，了解到了中国武术的奥妙，并体验到了练好武术所需要付出的艰苦努力，希望将来能有更多的机会来体验这样的活动。
After the session, the students exchanged their thoughts and insights. Everyone expressed that through this event, they gained a deeper understanding of the intricacies of Chinese martial arts and experienced the hard work and dedication required to master it. They also expressed hope for more opportunities to participate in such activities in the future.
