You can make a reservation through our website. Please fill guest information and room type details on the“ Booking Application Form"online and submit successfully on"Booking Application Form"After receiving your application, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your application, along with a rent payment notice, instructing you to make the payment. If your application is successful, you will receive an email from UNIJIA with a rent receipt confirmation, indicating that your remittance has been received. After receiving the rent receipt confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your check-in instructions.
Of course, you can also make a reservation by directly calling UNIJIA's reservation hotline at +86 15021336008, or by emailing us at booking@unijia.net for inquiries.
If you submit the"Booking Application Form"it is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us on the same day, along with the order details and important documents to be confirmed in the next steps.
For inquiries from other channels, we will try to respond to all applications within 1 working day. Depending on availability, sometimes it may take longer. Don't worry if you don't get a response right away, we know you're there and will do everything we can to get back to you as soon as possible. If you plan to book a room more than 3 months in advance, for customers who reserve a semester package, you are required to pay the full rent for the entire package.
For customers who book a room for an acdemic year, we offer an installment payment option, which means you pay the rent for the first six months before moving in. We provide a variety of payment channels and methods, and we will contact you to confirm contract signing and other rental details.

We suggest that you check in on the scheduled date, but if you have special reasons to postpone your check-in, please contact UNIJIA staff in advance. Please note that there will be no refund for the remaining rent if you delay your check-in or leave early.
