We suggest that you check in at the scheduled time, but if you have special circumstances that require adjusting your check-in time, you can contact UNIJIA staff, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that there will be no refund for the remaining rent if you delay your check-in or leave early.
UNIJIA's contract complies with the Residential Rental Law of the People's Republic of China, therefore the contract you signed is the International Youth Community Accommodation Contract.
Once your reservation is successful, we will send you a standard electronic version of the contract via email for your advance review. When you check in, we will sign a paper contract in duplicate, and both we and you will keep one copy each.

UNIJIA International Youth Community offers a wide variety of room types for students, with prices varying depending on the community and room type you book. The price difference for the same room type depends on the length of the booking contract.
Yes. Upon check-in, you are required to pay a deposit equivalent to one month's rent, as well as a prepayment of 2000 yuan for utilities. After the payment is completed, you will receive a receipt. Please keep this receipt safely, as we will use it to refund your deposit when you check out.
The deposit covers any potential damages you may cause to the room; normal wear and tear are excluded. Provided there are no damages, no outstanding rent, and the room is kept clean, this deposit will be refunded when you leave. We will refund the deposit either by bank transfer within China or in cash. The specific notice for the deposit refund will be communicated by UNIJIA staff approximately one month before the end of the semester.
