UNIJIA International Student Apartments has been with you for 9 years, hosting over 10,000 young people from more than 190 countries and regions. They have left wonderful memories at UNIJIA. Time flies, but our aspiration and pursuit of a better life remain unchanged.

We welcome outstanding international young people from all over the world to come to China to study. We hope to help everyone gain a deep understanding and experience of China’s excellent culture, ideas, economy, and lifestyle through various means. 金秋时节，UNIJIA 国际青年社区迎来了 2025 秋季迎新会。我们非常荣幸能够邀请社区的好伙伴 —— 来自华东师范大学的 Jimmy 凡奇同学，担任本次秋季迎新会的主持人。
In the golden autumn season, UNIJIA International Youth Community is delighted to host the 2025 Autumn Orientation. We are honored to invite our dear community partner, Jimmy Fanqi from Shanghai International Studies University, to serve as the host of this Autumn Orientation.
活动伊始，我们有幸邀请到虹口区出入境管理办公室的赵昕警官。赵警官不仅围绕留学生来华学习生活的重要法规展开分享，还详细讲解了网络安全、反诈等实用知识；恰逢金秋，他还向大家介绍了中国传统节日 —— 中秋节，并送上了诚挚的节日祝福。现场同学们被生动有趣的讲解深深吸引，纷纷表示收获满满，相信这些内容将为大家后续在华的生活与学习提供极大帮助。
At the beginning of the event, we were honored to invite Police Officer Zhao Xin from the Hongkou District Exit-Entry Administration Office. Officer Zhao not only shared key laws and regulations that international students need to pay attention to during their study and life in China, but also gave a detailed explanation of practical knowledge such as cybersecurity and anti-fraud. Coinciding with the golden autumn season, he also introduced the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese festival, and extended sincere holiday greetings to everyone. The students present were deeply attracted by the vivid and interesting lecture, and all said they had gained a lot. It is believed that this content will be of great help to their future life and study in China.
随后，UNIJIA 的 “暖心伙伴” Jimmy 同学，为大家细致介绍了 UNIJIA 国际青年社区。她围绕多元化文化体验、国际青年发展、公益环保可持续发展三大核心主题展开分享，不仅生动解读了社区的理念与特色，更揭晓了下半年的精彩活动计划。
Shortly after, Jimmy, our “warm-hearted partner” from UNIJIA, gave everyone a detailed introduction to the UNIJIA International Youth Community. Centering on three core themes—diverse cultural experiences, international youth development, and public welfare & environmental sustainability—she not only vividly explained the community’s concepts and distinctive features, but also unveiled the wonderful activity plans for the second half of the year.
UNIJIA 诚挚邀请留学生朋友们积极参与社区管理实践 —— 正如 “海内存知己，天涯若比邻”，来自世界各地的伙伴相聚于此，既是社区的主人，也是同行的挚友。期待大家携手共建，让社区成为更优质的居住港湾，助力每个人更好融入本地生活、热爱所居之城，更珍惜这份跨越山海的同窗情谊。
UNIJIA sincerely invites international students to actively participate in the practice of community management. As the old Chinese saying goes, “A bosom friend afar brings a distant land near.” Friends from all over the world gather here, being both owners of the community and close companions on this journey. We look forward to everyone working together to build the community into a more high-quality living haven, helping each person better integrate into local life, love the city they live in, and cherish this precious friendship that transcends mountains and seas.
接下来，同学们围绕 “世界和平” 主题展开绘画创作：有人以交织缠绕的各国国旗，勾勒国际同心的联结；有人让羽翼舒展的和平鸽掠过画面，传递跨越国界的希望；还有人将不同肤色的手紧紧相握，定格人类共融的温暖瞬间。大家用色彩铺陈向往，用线条勾勒期盼，当一幅幅画作在笔下成形，来自不同国家和地区的青年齐聚创作的模样，本身便是对 “世界和平” 最生动的印证。
Next, the students embarked on a painting project centered on the theme of “World Peace”. Some depicted the flags of various countries intertwined to illustrate the unity among nations; others painted doves of peace with outstretched wings flying across the canvas, conveying hope that transcends national borders; still others portrayed hands of different skin colors clasped tightly together, freezing the warm moment of human harmony. With colors, they laid out their aspirations, and with lines, they outlined their hopes. As these paintings took shape under their brushes, the sight of young people from different countries and regions gathering together to create was in itself the most vivid testament to “World Peace”.
